Absolutely! Siblings are encouraged to participate together, and immediate family portraits are also welcome during your session.

I recommend timeless, classic clothing in rich holiday tones or soft neutral colors. Avoid large logos or busy patterns whenever possible. A wardrobe guide will be emailed after booking to help you coordinate your family's look.

That's perfectly okay! Every child experiences Santa differently, and there is never any pressure to smile or interact in a particular way. Some of the most treasured portraits come from quiet moments of wonder. Our Santa is incredibly patient and allows each child to warm up at their own pace.

If your little one is celebrating their very first Christmas, I encourage you to explore our Baby's First Christmas Experience, which is held on dedicated baby session days with a slower pace designed especially for our youngest visitors.

If your child becomes ill before your session, please contact me as soon as possible. Whenever possible, I will happily transfer your retainer to another available Santa date. My goal is to keep everyone healthy while making sure your family doesn't miss out on the magic.
